    The beautiful Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden was the perfect setting for the Islands of Tahiti press breakfast by Black Diamond PR. The central area of the store was transformed into a workshop for our candle making class.   We created a custom 'Islands of Tahiti' candle inspired by Tahitian Monoï oil.  Monoï oil is an infused perfume-oil made from soaking the petals of Tahitian gardenias (best known as Tiaré flowers) in coconut oil. Monoï (pronounced Mah-noy) is a Tahitian word meaning “scented oil”.
