UK Delivery

Christmas Delivery & Office/Warehouse Opening Times

Due to high volumes in courier networks, our recommended last order date for Christmas delivery is 1.00pm, 18th December 2025.

Office & Warehouse opening times:

Closure – from 5pm Tuesday 23rd December
Reopening – 9am Monday 5th January.

We are can deliver globally for £30.00 (by UPS/DPD). Due to new EU customs rules you may be charged 20% tax on arrival. Please contact us at orders@londonrefinery.co.uk for more information.

Returns

Provided that the goods are in an unused and re-saleable condition,
you can expect a full refund or exchange within 30 days
of returning an item. Simply return the item to us within

30 days of the delivery date.
