Class bookings are not refundable but class dates can be moved 7 days before the class (this can rebooked twice and the rebooked dates must booked within three months of the original workshop date). Please email orders@londonrefinery.co.uk to move your date to another time or location. Later notification will be classified as a no-show.
If you cancel a booked session with less than 7 days notice, or fail to attend a booked class, you will be charged for the class. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for the class the class will be marked as redeemed.
Our gift class vouchers are valid for 1 year (from the booking date).
